Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (NSEI:ZEEL) agreed to acquire remaining 20% stake in Margo Networks Private Limited for INR 0.10 million on July 31, 2024. A cash consideration of INR 0.1 million will be paid by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited. As part of consideration, INR 0.1 million is paid towards common equity of Margo Networks Private Limited.
The transaction is approved by the board of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (NSEI:ZEEL).
