Volkswagen: +1% for commercial vehicles in France in 2024

In 2024, the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles brand in France increased its registrations by 1.0% to 16,645 units.
Market share stood at 4.7% (-0.2 pt vs. 2023).
After a 14.3% increase in 2023, the brand has consolidated its performance in 2024, thanks in particular to its best-seller, the Transporter.
The Transporter remains the brand's best-seller in France, the ID. Buzz Cargo grew by 88% in volume over 2024. In 2024, 6,094 units of the Transporter 6.1 were registered, representing almost 37% of the brand's registrations in an end-of-life-cycle context.
The first deliveries of the new Transporter, for which orders were opened in September 2024, will take place in March 2025.
In 2025, the brand will have the 'widest and youngest product range in its history'.
