June 13 (Reuters) - Future Pak said on Thursday it has submitted a final attempt to acquire Vanda Pharmaceuticals and raised the cash portion of its offer.

Vanda previously rejected a proposal from Future Pak, saying its offer significantly undervalued the company and was not in the best interest of the firm and its shareholders.
