United Spirits Limited announced that consequent to her decision to leave Diageo group, Ms. Emily Kathryn Gibson, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director has tendered her resignation as director of the Company from the end of business hours on 31 October 2024. Consequently, she will also cease to be a member of Corporate Social Responsibility & Environmental, Social and Governance Committee.
