The board of directors of Tristate Holdings Limited announced that Professor Chen LIN, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed by the Board as a member of the nomination committee of the Company with effect from 24 June 2025. Immediately following the above appointment, the Nomination Committee comprises four members, namely Mr. WANG Kin Chung, Peter (chairman of the Board and the chief executive officer) as chairman and Mr. LO Kai Yiu, Anthony, Mr. James Christopher KRALIK and Professor Chen LIN as members.
