Trainline Plc (LSE:TRN) entered into an agreement to acquire Online Travel Solutions, S.L. on April 17, 2025. This acquisition aims to improve the ticketing experience for customers and expand Trainline's presence in the Spanish market by integrating Trenes.com's capabilities and leveraging Trainline's technological and marketing strengths.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval from Spain?s National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC). Closing of the transaction is expected in the coming weeks.
