TotalEnergies SE (ENXTPA:TTE) signed an agreement to acquire West Burton Energy from EIG Global Energy Partners for £450 million on June 5, 2024. The transaction is subject to authorization from the competent authorities. TotalEnergies SE (ENXTPA:TTE) completed the acqusition of West Burton Energy from EIG Global Energy Partners on August 9, 2024. The transaction was completed following the satisfaction of all conditions outlined in the agreement signed on 5th June 2024.
