Top End Energy Limited announced the following changes to the Company's Board of Directors: The appointment of Mr. Patrick Burke as a Non-Executive Director of the Company; and The resignation of Non-Executive Directors, Mr. Mike Fischer and Mr. Richard Lampe. Mr. Burke holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Western Australia. He has extensive legal and corporate advisory experience and over the last 20 years has acted as a Director for a large number of ASX listed companies, as well as NASDAQ and AIM listed companies.
Mr. Burke's legal expertise is in corporate, commercial and securities law. His corporate advisory experience includes identification and assessment of acquisition targets, strategic advice, deal structuring and pricing, funding, due diligence and execution. His past directorships include Executive Chairman of Meteoric Resources NL, Non-Executive Director of Vulcan Energy Resources Limited, Non-Executive Director of Mandrake Resources Limited and Non-Executive Director of Pan Pacific Petroleum NL.
