TI Fluid Systems plc announced that Susan Levine, non-executive director, has informed the Board of her decision to step down as a director of the Company with effect from the end of the Company's upcoming 2024 Annual General Meeting, at which she will not stand for re-election. Ms. Levine, who is one of two nominees of BC Omega Holdco Ltd. ("Bain Capital"), will remain a director and member of the ESG Committee until that time. Bain Capital has informed the Board that it does not intend to nominate an additional person for appointment as a director to replace Ms. Levine but that it retains the right to nominate an additional person for appointment as a director under the terms of its relationship agreement with the Company dated 25 October 2017.
