At February 3, 2024, the group had a network of 4,954 stores located in the United States (3,585, of which 2,516 TJ Maxx and Marshalls, 919 HomeGoods, 55 Homesense and 95 Sierra), Canada (566, of which 302 Winners, 158 HomeSense and 106 Marshalls), Europe (723, of which 644 TK Maxx and 79 HomeSense) and Australia (80; TK Maxx). Net sales are distributed geographically as follows: the United States (78.2%), Europe and Australia (12.5%) and Canada (9.3%).
