Verano Holdings Corp. (NEOE:VRNO) has entered into equity purchase agreement to acquire Salubrious Wellness Clinic, Inc. from The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. (OTCPK:CBST.F) on July 29, 2024. In related transactions Verano Holdings Corp.

has entered into equity purchase agreements to acquire 203 Organix, LLC and Columbia Care Eastern Virginia LLC from The Cannabist Company Holdings Inc. Total consideration for the Arizona Operations (203 Organix, L.L.C. and Salubrious Wellness Center, Inc) is $15 million, payable in cash. Transaction is subject to closing conditions, including approval of applicable regulatory bodies.
