On November 21, 2024, Wynnefield Capital, Inc. filed a revised definitive proxy statement soliciting proxies and urged the shareholders of TechPrecision Corporation to vote for the election of its nominees, General Victor E. Renuart and Robert D. Straus, as directors of the Company and to oppose the Company nominees, Robert A. Crisafulli and Richard S. McGowen, as directors of the Company. Wynnefield Capital also urged the Company shareholders to vote against a proposal, to approve the Company?s named executive officers? compensation, at the Company?s annual shareholders meeting scheduled to be held on December 19, 2024.
