SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS) acquired Trade and assets from Crossword Consulting Limited for £0.31 million on November 19, 2024. The Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of the trade and assets of CCL for cash consideration of £0.311 million, with a potential post conditional payment of £0.127 million. For the 12 months ending 30 September 2024, CCL delivered unaudited revenues of circa £2.4 million.
