SysGroup plc is a United Kingdom-based technology company for delivery and management of cloud, data, and security services to power artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) transformation. The Company offers an integrated set of modern technologies that collectively meets its customers end-to-end data needs including connectivity, cloud hosting, delivery, analytics and governance of customer data, as well as a security layer for users and applications. The Company also offers cybersecurity and compliance. Its segments include Managed IT services and Value-Added Resale (VAR). Managed IT services segment provides all forms of managed services to customers and includes professional services. VAR segment provides all forms of VAR sales where the business sells products and licenses from supplier partners. The Company's services include consult, cloud, resilience and manage. Its specialist managed services include managed cloud, managed security and managed infrastructure.
