Stellantis: Leapmotor Int. ships vehicles to Europe

Stellantis has announced that its 51/49 joint venture with Leapmotor, Leapmotor International, has shipped its first batch of vehicles (the T03 and C10 models) from Shanghai to Europe this month.

This delivery marks an important milestone in their partnership, highlighting their commitment to sustainable mobility and innovation in the European electric vehicle market.

Leapmotor models, featuring advanced technologies, offer 'high performance and impressive range'.

Stellantis CEO Carlos Tavares stressed the importance of this milestone in offering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions to European customers.

The joint venture plans to increase its points of sale in Europe from 200 to 500 by 2026, and to launch at least one new model a year over the next three years.
