Singapore Exchange Limited announced the appointment of Stuart Wilson Lewis as Non-executive and Independent Director. The Board has considered the Nominating & Governance Committee's recommendation and assessment of Mr. Suart Wilson Lewis' qualifications and experience and is satisfied that he will add knowledge, skills and experience to the Board. Mr. Lewis brings extensive risk management, financial services and regulatory experience to the Board.
