SEGRO plc is a Listed Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) specialized in the owning and management of modern warehouses and industrial property. At the end of 2024, the portfolio, with a total area of 10.3 million m2, had a market value of GBP 20,296 million. The geographic breakdown of the portfolio in terms of value is as follows: the United Kingdom (56.8%) and Continental Europe (43.2%).
