The composition of the Audit Committee after the change includes Ms. Shireen Chia Yin Ting as Chairperson of the Audit Committee [Independent & Non-Executive Director], Mr. Clifton Heath Fernandez as Member of the Audit Committee [Independent & Non-Executive Chairman], and Puan Norafizah Binti Zainal Abidin as Member of the Audit Committee [Independent & Non-Executive Director].
