Major shareholder Grupo Lusiaves purchased 35,593 shares in poultry company Scandi Standard between June 23 and 24. The shares were acquired at an average price of SEK 97.52 per share, amounting to a total transaction value of SEK 3.5 million. The transaction took place on Nasdaq Stockholm, according to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority's insider register.
Portuguese company Grupo Lusiaves is the largest shareholder in Scandi Standard and is represented on the board by Paulo Gaspar, who serves as a director at Scandi Standard.
Grupo Lusiaves recently disclosed that its ownership in Scandi Standard has surpassed 20 percent. Including this latest share purchase, the group now holds 13.44 million shares, corresponding to 20.35 percent of the company's capital and voting rights, according to shareholder service Holdings.
