Pulp producer Rottneros' rights issue has been oversubscribed, according to preliminary results cited in a press release.
The rights issue was subscribed to 89.8 percent of the desired issue volume with the support of subscription rights, and to 20.1 percent without such rights. In total, the issue was subscribed to 109.9 percent, resulting in an oversubscription.
The rights issue was fully guaranteed in advance. The guarantee commitment provided by Arctic Paper will therefore not need to be utilized.
The company will receive SEK 300 million before issue costs of SEK 12.5 million. Rottneros will issue 114.43 million new shares, bringing the total number of shares outstanding to 267.82 million.
