Raymond Limited announced that Mr. Shiv Surinder Kumar, Independent Director of the Company whose current term as Independent Director is expiring on February 14, 2024, has conveyed his desire not to seek re-appointment as Independent Director of the Company for the second term considering his other professional engagements which requires enhanced time commitment. Accordingly, the tenure of Mr. Shiv Surinder Kumar as Director of the Company shall come to end on February 14, 2024.
