Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation (TWSE:6176) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 10,000,000 shares, representing 2.15% of its issued share capital for a total of TWD 27,434.27 million. The shares will be purchased at a minimum price of TWD 107 per share and at a maximum price of TWD 190 per share.

The purpose of the program is to transfer shares to employees. The program will continue until June 10, 2025. As of April 10, 2025, the company has no shares in treasury.
