Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation (TWSE:6176) agreed to acquire Inkron Oy from Nagase ChemteX Corporation and others for ¥1 billion on June 25, 2025. A cash consideration of ¥1.03 billion will be paid by Radiant Opto-Electronics Corporation. As part of consideration, ¥1.03 billion is paid towards common equity of Inkron Oy.
The transaction is subject to approval of offer by acquirer board. The deal has been approved by the board. The expected completion of the transaction is by August 2025.
