BlackRock has declared to the AMF that, on June 6, it exceeded the threshold of 5% of the capital of Publicis Groupe and held, on behalf of said clients and funds, 5.02% of the capital and 4.57% of the voting rights of the communications group.

The American asset management giant states that this threshold crossing is the result of an acquisition of Publicis shares on the market and an increase in the number of shares held as collateral.
