PT Surya Dhoho Investama announced that it expects to receive IDR 1000 billion in funding from PT Gudang Garam Tbk

PT Surya Dhoho Investama announced a private placement of 1,000,000 shares at a price of IDR 1,000,000 for gross proceeds of IDR 1,000,000,000,000 on March 1, 2021. The transaction will include participation from returning investor PT Gudang Garam Tbk (IDX:GGRM). Post closing of the transaction, the capital of the company will increase from IDR 1,000,000,000,000 to IDR 5,000,000,000,000. The company will receive funding in tranches. The first tranche is expected to close on March 3, 2021.
