Its Project marketing services segment provides real estate project marketing services related to services rendered in the sale of new private residential development projects for third-party property developers in Singapore as well as overseas. Its Administrative support services segment relates to use of space and other ancillary services. Its Training services segment relates mainly to real estate-related courses and training programs.
