Prodea Real Estate Investment Company Société Anonyme (ATSE:PRODEA) agreed to acquire ILIDA Business Center from LAMDA Development S.A. (ATSE:LAMDA) on May 6, 2021. The consideration for the acquisition of the shares will be equal to the net asset value of LAMDA ILIDA OFFICE S.M.S.A. at the completion of the transaction. The acquisition is expected to close on September 30, 2021.
