Prodea Real Estate Investment Company Société Anonyme (ATSE:PRODEA) acquired Real estate assets in Maroussi on January 17, 2022. Through this acquisition and following the demolition of the existing building, PRODEA aims to develop and exploit a modern “green” office complex which is expected to receive a LEED Gold certification. The total investment will be in the region of €35 million and will be funded by the proceeds of the green bond that PRODEA issued in July 2021.
