Its Anticalin platform technology focuses on low molecular-weight Anticalin proteins that can bind tightly and specifically to a diverse range of targets. The Anticalin technology is modular, which allows it to design multimeric Anticalin based bi- and multi- specific proteins to bind with specificity to two or more targets at the same time. S095012 consists of a PD-L1-targeting antibody and 4-1BB-targeting Anticalin proteins genetically fused to each arm of the C-terminal heavy chain of the antibody.
