In connection with this, the current head Erik Ekman will leave his leadership role and be replaced by Kirsten Renner and Mads Skovlund Pedersen. Both will be part of Group Management, according to a press release.

Renner is already head of Group Technology, while Mads Skovlund Pedersen is responsible for Nordea's Personal Banking business in Denmark. He will oversee Group Business Support.
