Multi Commodity Exchange of India Limited announced that Ms. Suparna Tandon vide her email dated July 21, 2024 has tendered her resignation as Non-Executive, Non- Independent Director of the Company pursuant to her voluntary retirement with effect from July 19, 2024, from the services of NABARD. Consequently, Ms. Tandon ceased to be the Member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee of the Company.
