MNRB Holdings Berhad announced the resignation of Puan Junaidah Binti Mohd Said, aged 66, from her position as a Member of the Audit Committee, effective July 1, 2025. She served as an Independent and Non-Executive member. Following her resignation, the composition of the Audit Committee includes George A/L Oommen as Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director, Zaida Khalida Binti Shaari as Member and Independent Non-Executive Director, and Chin See Mei as Member and Independent Non-Executive Director.
