MNRB Holdings Berhad reported the demise of Encik Khalid Bin Sufat, aged 69, who served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and was an Independent and Non-Executive Director. Following this change, the composition of the Audit Committee includes George A/L Oommen as a Member and Independent Non-Executive Director, and Junaidah Binti Mohd Said as a Member and Independent Non-Executive Director. The effective date of this change is June 24, 2025.
