Walt Disney Co. (DIS) is laying off several hundred employees across its film and TV businesses, affecting marketing, publicity, casting, development, and corporate financial operations. Microsoft (MSFT) is cutting even more jobs after cutting 6,000 jobs last month. Bloomberg's Caroline Hyde reports.
