Melrose Industries PLC - Birmingham, England-based aerospace firm with Engines and Structures divisions that were formerly part of GKN - Non-Executive Chair Chris Grigg and wife Fionna Grigg purchase 18,000 shares at 410.99 pence, worth GBP73,978, on Friday. The Griggs now have 45,736 shares. Grigg took over as chair of Melrose last week.
