McPhy Energy announces that the transfer of its shares from the Euronext Paris regulated market (Compartment C) to the Euronext Growth Paris multilateral trading facility will take effect on August 9.

The application for admission of McPhy shares to Euronext Growth Paris was approved by the Euronext Admissions Committee on August 5, and its ordinary shares will thus be delisted from the Euronext Paris regulated market.

This transfer will enable McPhy to have its shares admitted to trading on an SME growth market aligned with its current size and stock market profile, and alleviate the obligations and constraints with which it must currently comply.
