Manhattan Associates Inc. announced the retirements of John J. Huntz, Jr., and Deepak Raghavan from its Board of Directors, effective May 13, 2025. Mr. Huntz served on the Manhattan Board and as Chair of its Audit Committee for over 26 years, and as Chairman of the Board for the last 22 years. Dr. Raghavan co-founded Manhattan in 1990, served as its head of technology, and then its head of product strategy, as well as on its Board, through 2002.
Since then, he has continued to serve on the Board, including as Chair of its Nomination and Governance Committee. Following their retirement, the Board appointed Eddie Capel as Executive Chairman of the Board. Mr. Capel joined Manhattan in 2000, served as President and CEO from 2013 to February 2025, and has been a board member since July 2012.
Most recently, since his retirement as President and CEO in February, Mr. Capel has served as Executive Vice-Chairman of the Board. Manhattan?s Board also appointed current Board member Thomas E. Noonan as the Board?s Lead Independent Director and Danielle Sheer as a director. Mr. Noonan has served on Manhattan?s Board since 1999, and as a member of its Audit and Compensation Committees, most recently serving as the Compensation Committee Chair.
Mr. Noonan is co-founder and current general partner of TechOperators, LLC, an Atlanta-based venture capital firm and has served as a director of Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., since September 2016. He previously co-founded, and is former chairman, president, and CEO, of Internet Security Systems (sold to IBM). Ms. Sheer serves as Chief Trust Officer at Commvault Systems, Inc., a B2B provider of data protection and data management software, and is on the Board of LinkSquares, Inc., a provider of leading contract management software.
