The Board of Directors of Luxempart will propose a dividend of EUR 2.33 gross per share, an increase of 7.4% compared to 2024. This represents an annual growth of 10% of their dividend, on the four-year period 2022-2025. It will be payable on 15 May 2025 subject to approval by the company's Annual General Meeting on 28 April 2025.
