LPA Group Plc (AIM:LPA) agreed to acquire Red Box International Limited for £1.1 million on January 4, 2024. The total consideration for the Acquisition is expected to be approximately £1.1 million of which £0.275 million is being satisfied on completion, and £0.825 million payable post-completion.
