Logicom Public Ltd is a Cyprus-based company engaged in the distribution of computer components and peripherals, and the provision of integrated information technology (IT), networking, telecommunication and business software solutions. Its product portfolio is comprised of a range of international brands, such as Intel, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, HP, Linksys, Seagate and Sony. As of January 1, 2009, the Company merged the operations of its subsidiaries, eNet Solutions Ltd and DAP Noesis Business Solutions Ltd, and renamed the merged entity to Logicom Solutions Ltd as from January 30, 2009. Through Logicom Solutions Ltd, it provides Systems Integration Services, such as IT and infrastructure solutions; Consulting Services, such as IT design and business consulting; Software Development Services, and Post-Implementation Services, such as support and training. Its international distribution network includes Greece, Malta, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, United Arab Emirates, Romania, among others.
