Lesaka Technologies, Inc. (NasdaqGS:LSAK) agreed to acquire Touchsides SA (Proprietary) Limited from Heineken International B.V. on February 5, 2024. The acquisition, funded by internal cash generation of the Group, is expected to close in March 2024 and is subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
