On 23 November 2020, the board of directors of LBC Express Holdings, Inc. held its organizational meeting to elect its corporate officers and committee members. The company elected Ernesto C. Naval III as Alternate Corporate Information Officer, Victor Y. Lim, Jr. as Member of Audit Committee, Member of Corporate Governance Committee, Chairman of Risk Oversight Committee, and Member of Related Party Transaction Committee. Anthony A. Abad as Chairman of Related Party Transaction Committee. Augusto G. Gan Member of Related Party Transaction Committee.
