The board of directors' meeting no. 8/2559 of Land & Houses Public Company Limited held on 10 November 2016 has resolved and approved the appointment of Mr. Bundit Pitaksit as a member of the risk management committee and also to perform his duties and responsibilities as the chairman of the risk management committee.
