KOSÉ Corporation will make following organizational changes on January 1, 2025. To strengthen manufacturing operations, R&D Laboratories will become part of the Product Headquarters and the Product Headquarters will have a deputy general manager. To strengthen and enlarge operations in Europe and America, the Europe and America Business Development Division will be established to separate these business operations from the Marketing Strategy Division.
To streamline department store channel operations in Japan, operations for these stores will be consolidated into East Japan and West Japan branches. In addition, there will be measures for the standardization and upgrading of services and business proposals involving department stores.
