KKR announced today that it has teamed up with Andrew Williams, former CEO of Halma, to pursue new acquisition opportunities in the industrial sector and, more generally, in leading UK businesses. Andrew will act as executive advisor to KKR.

Once the business is acquired, KKR and Andrew will work together to support operational performance and growth. KKR plans to help the acquired companies implement the employee ownership and engagement model it has developed since 2011.
