Daum Preparation New Corporation has announced it will issue 3,000,000 common shares with the gross proceeds of KRW 30,000,000,000 in a round of funding on May 22, 2025. The transaction will include participation from new investor Kakao Corp. The company will raise the investment amount in two tranches with KRW 13,000,000,000 and KRW 17,000,000,000 on June 2, 2025 and November 13, 2025 respectively.
