KRS Corp is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the provision of comprehensive logistics services such as storage, cargo handling, transportation and information processing. The Company is involved in the manufacture and sale of mayonnaise dressings, canned goods, egg products and frozen foods. The Company operates through three business segments. The Joint Logistics segment is involved in the storage, loading and unloading, national intermodal transportation of foods, as well as the lorry transportation of raw materials such as grease and vinegar. The Dedicated Logistics segment mainly operates distribution centers for convenience stores and other retailers. The Other Related segment includes the sale of vehicles, logistics equipment, fuel, and other products, as well as logistics operations overseas.
