JCDecaux announced on Tuesday the appointment of David Bourg as Group Chief Financial Officer, Information Systems and Operations Director, effective June 1, 2025.

Since 2015, David Bourg has served as a member of the Management Board and as Group Chief Financial Officer and Information Systems Director.

"His scope of responsibility will now include, in addition to his current roles, oversight of the Bureau of Studies, Purchasing, Stock and Production Management, Design Management, International Operations Management, as well as Project Management," the group stated in a press release.
