Italtile Limited announced that Ms. Alex Motshwanetsi Mathole, currently an independent non-executive director of the Board and
member of the Committee, has been appointed as Chairperson of the Committee, effective 13 June 2025. Mr. Brand Pretorius, currently an independent non-executive director of the Board, has been appointed as a member of the Committee, with effective 13 June 2025. Accordingly, the Committee will be comprised as follows: Ms. Alex Motshwanetsi Mathole (Chairperson); Mr. Lance Foxcroft and Mr. Brand Pretorius.
