ING announces that, as part of its €2.5 billion share buyback program announced on May 2, 2024, the company bought back 3,201,647 shares last week, at an average price of €15.66, for a total amount of over €50.1 million.
The total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank under this program to date amounts to 59,901,590 ordinary shares, for a total amount of 964.3 million euros, or around 38.6% of the program's maximum total value.
